We appreciated hotel's staff and location. Totally very nice stay during our visit.

The staff are amiable, the hotel is gorgeous and with amazing location close to city center, the buses, Fussen.

Liked my good stay in my Germany vacation. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Wittelsbacher Denkmal.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Loved the place, had a really lovely stay for the Christmas holidays. The staff were best and hospitable all the time. The setting was wonderful, just off the train station and city center and snow-capped mountains nearby.

Quirky hotel, very central location close to the train station, pretty friendly staff, great bar area. Adequate, rich breakfasts with freshly squeezed orange juice, mimosas.

I loved the reception, it was good. The rooms - really modern, very well decorated with good decoration and 2x TV, as example.

room was classically decorated, and the bed was amazing, will be back. such an admirable service too. central location, super base for discovering fussen. we could get everywhere using a train station near the hotel.

A fully equipped hotel with generally nice staff. Late check-out was useful. Absolutely fabulous location, 5 minutes' walk to Reptilienzoo Allgau.

Location and people were wonderful, we loved that everything was superb. Bed was great, and the room itself was lovely. The place was right at Fussen city center.

Excellent views, sandy beach, heated pool. Brand-new and brand-new room with cozy beds. There was an amazing restaurant, supermarkets and a shopping area next door. Service was really nice, that made the hotel silent place. Parking was onsite and I paid extra $ 14 per day to park my car...

The staff were eager to help, fast check-in and the room was decent sized and large. Unbeatable location to Alter Friedhof. The breakfast was sumptuous, we loved it.

The breakfast was savoury there, the beds were very comfy, all you need for a wonderful stay. Everyone was efficient in that hotel. Neat and bright venue in Old Town district. I visited the outdoor bar and appreciated the hot drinks. Attentive services too!

Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.

Absolutely amazing stay, as always. Boutique, clean enough hotel in shopping area. Our room had a soft bed and a really beautiful view. Liked the dining room, the breakfast was delicious. Brilliant location and outstanding service in the property.

Charming staff, helpful service. We had a romantic and quite room. Interesting interior, reasonably priced restaurant. We liked the attached restaurant, serving hot cuisine.

Planned to see Fussen major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. Got the same large queen room booked online, enjoyed that. Besides, we parked the car onsite. There is restaurant RIWA at the premises.

the hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop. the property staff was helpful. bedroom was excellent.
